Market:Retail

Wright Construction partnered with DGX to bring their unique retail concept to communities across Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska. Each project came with its own challenges and tight deadlines, but our team delivered with precision and dedication.

DGX – Des Moines, Iowa

In just eight weeks, Wright transformed several tenant spaces on the first floor of a high-rise into a brand-new DGX prototype. The $438,353 project required a complete rehab of re-leveling the sales floor, retrofitting MEP systems, updating finishes, and installing new storefronts—all without disrupting existing tenants.

DGX – Omaha, Nebraska

What was originally scheduled as an eight-week project became a three week project at the owner’s request. Our crews worked double shifts, seven days a week (including holidays), to deliver the 5,800 SF store ahead of schedule at the construction cost of $329,000.

DGX – Clayton, Missouri

This 4,807 SF buildout brought new life to a vacant space within a Clayton apartment complex. Our $386,699 scope of work included a full HVAC and sprinkler system, all-new electrical, restrooms, stockroom, and a beverage station featuring coffee, Slurpees, and fountain drinks. Fresh produce, coolers, and freezers completed the modern retail space, finished on a two-month schedule in February 2020.
