Wright Construction was proud to take part in the 2025 Build My Future STL event, a two-day career exploration showcase held at the Family Arena in St. Charles. Designed for high school students interested in hands-on careers, the event brought together educators, trade professionals, and industry leaders to introduce students to real-life opportunities in construction and the skilled trades.
Over the course of two days, thousands of students rotated through interactive exhibits featuring everything from heavy equipment simulators and welding stations to carpentry, masonry, and digital design. Our team was on-site to give students a look at the tools, technology, and teamwork that go into our projects—while answering questions about pathways into the industry.
Workforce development starts with exposure, and events like Build My Future STL help bridge the gap between classroom and career. We’re proud to support the future of our industry by showing students what’s possible.
