Our initial introduction to Wright Construction began well before 2011 when they were selected as the general contractor for several of our projects with the Kirkwood School District. As we worked with Wright’s project administrators, project managers, and field superintendents we found that their “can do” attitude permeated the entire company. After experiencing several successful projects with Wright we concluded their company could be an asset to our firm as we prepared preliminary cost information, project schedules, phasing schedules, and feasibility studies for our clients.

• Wright Construction’s team exceeded our expectations by continually offering design, constructability solutions to overcome conflicts and omissions in the prepared construction documents.  They directly addressed the City’s concerns, initiated and secured permits as well as presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission to achieve a variance, and coordinated all of the building’s utility accounts as designers neglected the project utility phase responsibilities. In addition, Wright worked diligently and engaged their trade team in delivering our facility within budget and ahead of schedule.
