Building Curiosity: Wright Construction Visits Little Seedlings Academy for Career Day

Wright Construction recently had the opportunity to participate in Career Day at Little Seedlings Academy! It was a morning filled with big questions, bright smiles, and the kind of curiosity that reminds us why investing in the next generation matters.

Our team arrived with hard hats, safety vests, tools, and photos of real project sites to help students explore what it means to build the world around them. The preschoolers learned how different machines work, what safety gear is used on a construction site, and how projects transform from drawings to buildings. They even tried on PPE and gathered around to “operate” equipment in a supervised demo.

Career days like this play an important role in early workforce development. By giving students exposure to construction at a young age, we help them understand not only how things are built, but also the skilled people and teamwork behind every project.

Wright Construction is proud to support local schools and programs that encourage learning, creativity, and career exploration.

We’re grateful to Little Seedlings Academy for the invitation and for the opportunity to help plant the seeds of curiosity in the next generation of builders.
