At Wentzville School District’s REACH & Early Childhood Center, interior and exterior work is advancing on schedule. Last week, crews completed installation of ceilings, casework, and flooring within the Base Bid area. Rooftop units are now online, bringing HVAC systems closer to full operation.

Site work is also progressing. Final grading is nearly finished, while concrete sidewalks, site lighting, basins, and perimeter fencing are in various stages of completion. These activities are establishing critical infrastructure and preparing the site for turnover.

Looking ahead, crews will continue with interior finish work, advance site improvements, and transition toward punch-list activities as the project approaches its next phase.
