Wright Delivers Mid-County Public Safety Complex Ahead of Schedule and On Budget

Wright Construction Services recently completed work on the new Mid-County Public Safety Complex in Maryland Heights, a major public safety facility for St. Louis County.

The project was delivered on budget and 39 days ahead of schedule, marking an important milestone for the County and the public safety teams the facility supports. The new complex serves as the home for St. Louis County Police Precinct 2 and supports additional public safety operations, including the County’s intelligence and criminal investigations functions.

For Wright, the project reflects the company’s experience delivering essential municipal and public safety facilities where schedule, budget control, coordination and accountability are especially important.

“This project is a strong example of Wright’s experience in mission critical construction, where the facility must support essential operations without compromise,” said Thomas Wright, President and CEO of Wright Construction. “We’re proud of our team and project partners for helping St. Louis County bring the Mid-County Public Safety Complex online ahead of schedule and on budget.”

The new facility is located on Schaefer Road near Lindbergh and Midland in Maryland Heights. St. Louis County celebrated the opening with a ribbon-cutting event earlier this spring.
