Project Overview

Wright Construction Services is nearing completion of the Wentzville School District REACH & Early Childhood Center — a modern, purpose-built facility supporting early learners and students in specialized programs across the district.

The facility brings together academic, recreational, and support functions in a single interconnected campus, featuring collaborative classrooms, flexible learning zones, a full-size gymnasium, outdoor play areas, and enhanced safety and accessibility throughout. Designed with a focus on student well-being and educational innovation, the center will provide a high-quality environment for the district’s youngest learners.

Recent Progress

As of November 2025, construction has reached several significant milestones:

Interior & Program Areas

Base Bid areas are substantially complete, with all life-safety requirements passed.
Life safety inspections were achieved one week ahead of the contract schedule, demonstrating strong coordination and timely execution.
Alternate bid areas are progressing exceptionally well and are on track to be substantially complete seven months ahead of contractual timelines.

Site Work

Final site activities are nearly complete.
Landscaping installation is finished, bringing the campus to its final appearance.
Pavement striping and concrete detailing are being finalized.
Site restoration and cleanup are underway as the project prepares for turnover.

Looking Ahead

With the Base Bid areas completed and the alternate areas advancing far ahead of schedule, the project is now transitioning into punch lists, commissioning, and closeout. The construction timeline remains ahead of projections — the result of strong collaboration between Wentzville School District, the design team, subcontractors, and Wright Construction’s project leadership.
