Wright Construction Services, Inc. guided Barron Capital III on the selection, constructability, demographics, and purchase of land to house the Barron Swim School West project in O’Fallon, Missouri. Wright Construction provided the necessary studies and supporting documentation needed for the lending agency to finalize the land sale. Additionally, Wright Construction selected the project architect and consultants to initiate and memorialize project documents. Schematic estimates and plans were reviewed, revised, advanced, and released for pricing. Through the interview process, evaluation of pricing, material procurement, and scope completeness, Wright Construction moved forward with contract awards construction.
