ST. LOUIS COUNTY POLICE PRECINCT #2 & INTELLIGENCE CENTER

Progress Update: 08.27.2025

Progress continues on the new St. Louis County Police District #2 and Intelligence Center.

Building Envelope: Glazing is now 90% complete, with the exterior envelope wrapping up. Site work is also progressing, with curbs 50% completed and exterior fencing underway.
Lower Level: Prime painting and the first coat of paint are finished on the walls. Ceiling grid installation has started, restroom tile work will resume next week, and floor polishing is now in progress.
Upper Level: Drywall is 95% complete with taping ongoing. Painting has also begun in several rooms, marking strong progress toward interior finishes.

Wright Construction is proud to deliver this critical public safety facility, designed to strengthen law enforcement resources and community safety across St. Louis County.
